About 20 people with faimily name Spać live in Croatia today, in 8 households. They are located in only five Croatian places: in Triban (<10), Kistanje in Knin area (<10), Medulin in Pula area (<5), Vukovoj in Ivanec area (<5), and in Zagreb (<5).
