In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Varazdin and Zagreb. In Roškići in Novigrad area every fifth inhabitant had the family name Roška.
Prevalence
About 20 people with faimily name Roška live in Croatia today, in 12 households. There were 30 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 30 percent. They are only located in in 6 Croatian cities and threee other places, mostly in Varazdin (<10), Zagreb (<5), Pula (<5), Fazana (<5), and in Porec (<5).
