Prevalence
About 60 people with faimily name Kešer live in Croatia today, in 20 households. There were 40 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 40 percent. They are only located in four Croatian cities and 8 other places, mostly in Krizevci (10), Selanec in Krizevci area (10), Zlogonje (<10), and in Zaistovec (<10) and Zamladinec (<10) in Krizevci area.
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over twenty times, the first time 1902 in source Hartmann's General List of Apartments in Zagreb.
