Prevalence
About 100 people with faimily name Fantov live in Croatia today, in 40 households. There were 30 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number more than tripled. They are located in 6 Croatian counties, in 6 cities and 5 other places, mostly in Zadar (35), Banj on the Island of Pasman (25), Tisno on the Island of Murter (25), Zagreb (<10), and in Batomalj on the Island of Krk (<10).
