Sveta Lucija is located in the municipality Oprtalj, in Istra County at an elevation of 374 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 6.38 km² (2.46 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 44 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Croats (69%), but also Italians (28%).
