Ipši is located in the municipality Oprtalj, in Istra County at an elevation of 190 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.20 km² (0.46 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 17 inhabitants. It is largely populated by Croats (90%), but also.
