Vižintini Vrhi is located in the municipality Oprtalj, in Istra County at an elevation of 447 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.56 km² (1.37 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 23 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Italians (73%), but also Croats (27%).
