Nemetin is located in the City of Osijek, in Osijek-Baranja County at an elevation of 95 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 7.88 km² (3.04 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 133 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (96%), but also Serbs (4%). Nearby places: Tenja, Podravlje, Sarvaš, Osijek, Kopačevo, Bilje, Brijest, Tvrđavica, Bijelo Brdo and Klisa.
