Lubarska is located in the municipality Jelenje, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County at an elevation of 270 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 0.62 km² (0.24 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 115 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (92%), but also Bosniaks (4%) and Serbs (4%).
