Lepšić is located in the City of Ivanić-Grad, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 104 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.12 km² (1.20 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 45 inhabitants. It is relatively populated by Croats (47%), but also Albanians (16%).
