Tarno is located in the City of Ivanić-Grad, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 102 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.65 km² (1.02 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 56 inhabitants. It is largely populated by Croats (76%), but also Albanians (8%).
