About 10 people with faimily name Češi live in Croatia today, in five households only. They are located in threee Croatian counties, threee cities and threee other places, mostly in Kamena Gorica (<10), Donje Makojisce (<5), Zagreb (<5), Novi Marof (<5), and in Podrute (<5).
