Ćirković families are frequently Serbs and they are mostly from Bosnian Krajina , less frequently Croats. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Bosnian Krajina (Prnjavor area) and in Zagreb. In Kokori in Bosnian Krajina every second inhabitant had the family name Ćirković.
Prevalence
About 80 people with faimily name Ćirković live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number multiplied. They are located in 8 Croatian counties, in 10 cities and 8 other places, mostly in Zagreb (20), Petrovci in Vukovar area (10), Split (<10), Veli Losinj on the Island of Losinj (<10), and in Velika Gorica (<5).
