About 80 people with faimily name Zohil live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 80 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number remains constant. They are located in four Croatian counties, in 7 cities and 7 other places, mostly in Laginji (30) and Zminj (25) in Pazin area, Pomer in Pula area (<10), Osijek (<10), and in Opatija (<10).
Outside Croatia
At least six families with this surname emigrated from Croatia to: Canada (3), the United States (1), Australia (1), and to Germany (1). Family name Zohil (including: Zochil , Zohill ) is present in 10 countries on three continents.
