Surname Ulama in modern Croatia
In Croatia, Ulama families are almost entirely Croats (from Pregrada area ), very rarely Slovenes (also from Pregrada area ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Pregrada area and in Zabok. In Kumrovec in Pregrada area every seventh inhabitant had the family name Ulama.
