In Croatia, Rošta families are predominantly Hungarians (from Beli Manastir area ), rarely Montenegrins (from Beli Manastir ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Beli Manastir area and in Osijek.
Prevalence
Only a few people with faimily name Rošta live in Croatia today, in three households only. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number remains constant. They are only located in in one Croatian city and another small place , mostly in Beli Manastir (<5) and Knezevi Vinogradi in Beli Manastir area (<5).
