Prevalence
About 40 people with faimily name Rosso live in Croatia today, in 15 households. There were 30 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 30 percent. They are located in four Croatian counties, four cities and two other places, mostly in Hvar on the Island of Hvar (25), Split (10), Zagreb (<5), Stari Grad on the Island of Hvar (<5), and in Blato on the Island of Korcula (<5).

Family name Rosso is present in 97 countries worldwide. "Hrosso " is used by small number of people in Slovakia and small number in the United States.
