Surname Rain in modern Croatia

In Croatia, Rain families are Croats (from Koprivnica area ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Koprivnica area and in Varazdin. In Rovištanci in Koprivnica area every thirtieth inhabitant had the family name Rain.
