Prevalence
About 60 people with faimily name Radovančić live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 60 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number remains constant. They are located in four Croatian counties and 5 other places, mostly in Split (20), Bogomolje on the Island of Hvar (20), Viganj on the Peljesac peninsula (<10), Makarska (<10), and in Zagreb (<5).

Family name Radovančić (including: Radovancic , Radovancich ) is present in three countries on two continents.
