Prišlin families are Croats and they are mostly from Samobor. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Zagreb and Samobor. In Gregurić Breg in Samobor every fifth inhabitant had the family name Prišlin.
Prevalence
About 200 people with faimily name Prišlin live in Croatia today, in 90 households. There were 180 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 10 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 11 cities and 12 other places, mostly in Zagreb (125), Greguric Breg (15), Samobor (10), Donji Miholjac (<10), and in Bjelovar (<10).

Family name Prišlin (including: Prislin , Prishlin ) is present in 9 countries on four continents. The family name "Prislin " is used by some 300 people in Germany and small number in the United States.
