Prevalence
About 70 people with faimily name Polanščak live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number more than tripled. They are only located in in 6 Croatian cities and 9 other places, mostly in Zagreb (30), Lepajci (15), Bestovje in Samobor area (<10), and in Hrsak Breg (<10) and Mala Pacetina (<10) in Krapina area.
