About 30 people with faimily name Pokorny live in Croatia today, in 18 households. There were 40 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 10 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 10 cities and 5 other places, mostly in Opatija (10), Osijek (<5), Sesvete (<5), Varazdin (<5), and in Zapresic (<5).
