In Konjoder in Cazins Region (Bosnia) every fourth inhabitant had the family name Pajalić.

About 60 people with faimily name Pajalić live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 120 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in 8 Croatian counties, in 9 cities and 5 other places, mostly in Zagreb (30), Rijeka (15), Baska on the Island of Krk (10), Zadar (<10), and in Krk on the Island of Krk (<10).
