In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Hrvatska Kostajnica area and in Vodice. In Gornji Javoranj in Hrvatska Kostajnica area every sixth inhabitant had the family name Miodrag.
Prevalence
About 100 people with faimily name Miodrag live in Croatia today, in 50 households. There were 190 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 16 cities and 5 other places, mostly in Split (20), Zadar (10), Gornji Javoranj in Hrvatska Kostajnica area (<10), Sisak (<10), and in Sibenik (<10).
