Milički families are Croats and they are mostly from Zlatar area. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Zagreb and in Zlatar area.
Prevalence
About 70 people with faimily name Milički live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 50 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 20 percent. They are located in threee Croatian counties, threee cities and threee other places, mostly in Marija Bistrica in Zlatar area (35), Zagreb (20), Klostar Ivanic in Ivanic-Grad area (<10), Podgorje Bistricko in Zlatar area (<10), and in Zabok (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over forty times, the first time 1906 in source Yearbook and Directory of Literary Society of St. Jerome 1906.
