Prevalence
About 40 people with faimily name Mihelin live in Croatia today, in 18 households. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number multiplied. They are located in threee Croatian counties, two cities and four other places, mostly in Zagreb (30), Gospic (<5), Lucko (<5), Sesvete (<5), and in Njivice on the Island of Krk (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over ten times, the first time 1902 in source Hartmann's General List of Apartments in Zagreb.
