Lovrinić families are Croats and they are mostly from Ozalj. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Ozalj and Zagreb. In Svetičko Hrašće in Ozalj every ninth inhabitant had the family name Lovrinić.
Prevalence
About 100 people with faimily name Lovrinić live in Croatia today, in 50 households. There were 130 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 20 percent. They are located in 6 Croatian counties, in 8 cities and 11 other places, mostly in Sveticko Hrasce (20), Zagreb (15), Pazin (15), Karlovac (<10), and in Vukovar (<10).
