Lovrak families are Croats and they are mostly from Djurdjevac. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Djurdjevac and Bjelovar. In Sirova Katalena in Djurdjevac every tenth inhabitant had the family name Lovrak.

About 80 people with faimily name Lovrak live in Croatia today, in 40 households. There were 100 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 20 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 9 cities and 11 other places, mostly in Djurdjevac (30), Bjelovar (15), Sirova Katalena (10), Zagreb (<10), and in Kalinovac in Djurdjevac area (<10).
