Prevalence
About 40 people with faimily name Limić live in Croatia today, in 15 households. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number doubled. They are located in two Croatian counties, four cities and two other places, mostly in Split (20), Solin (15), Klis in Solin area (<10), Zagreb (<5), and in Kastel Kambelovac (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned few times, the first time 1927 in source Emigration Commission Zagreb.
