In Croatia, Kralić families are predominantly Croats (from Middle Bosnia ), rarely Italians (from Labin ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Middle Bosnia (Vares area) and in Cakovec.
Prevalence
Only a few people with faimily name Kralić live in Croatia today, in five households only. There were 130 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased significantly. They are located in four Croatian counties, threee cities and threee other places, mostly in Benkovac (<5), Zagreb (<5), Benkovacko Selo (<5), Labin (<5), and in Cernik in Nova Gradiska area (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over ten times, the first time 1678 in source Catholic Church Parish Records.
