About 80 people with faimily name Keber live in Croatia today, in 50 households. There were 160 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in four Croatian counties, four cities and 5 other places, mostly in Zagreb (55), Rijeka (10), Oborovo in Dugo Selo area (<10), Ivanic-Grad (<5), and in Ferdinandovac in Djurdjevac area (<5).
In the sources analysed in the project Acta Croatica so far, the name is mentioned over five times, the first time 1902 in source Hartmann's General List of Apartments in Zagreb.
