About 50 people with faimily name Jadanec live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 100 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in threee Croatian counties, in 6 cities and four other places, mostly in Zagreb (25), Dugo Selo (<10), Djurdjevac (<10), Novigrad Podravski in Djurdjevac area (<5), and in Kusanovec in Dugo Selo area (<5).

Family name Jadanec is present in two countries on two continents. The family name "Jadanec " is used by few people in the United States.
