In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Dubrovnik and on Peljesac Peninsula. In Donja Banda on Peljesac Peninsula every seventh inhabitant had the family name Harlović.
Prevalence
About 20 people with faimily name Harlović live in Croatia today, in 9 households. There were 40 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in only four naselja i to in Orebic (<10) and Donja Banda (<5) on the Peljesac peninsula, Zagreb (<5), and in Split (<5).
Outside Croatia
Family name Harlović (including: Harlovic , Harlovich ) is present in four countries on three continents. The family name "Harlovic " is used by small number of people in the United States and small number in Australia.
