About 40 people with faimily name Gunj live in Croatia today, in 19 households. There were 70 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 50 percent. They are located in four Croatian counties, four cities and 10 other places, mostly in Klokoc in Duga Resa area (15), Mirkovci (10), Jagrovac in Duga Resa area (<10), Vinkovci (<5), and in Orolik in Vinkovci area (<5).
