In Croatia, Grajš families are predominantly Croats (from Cabar ), very rarely Bosniaks, and . In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Cabar and in Slovenia.
Prevalence
About 10 people with faimily name Grajš live in Croatia today, in four households only. There were 20 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number halved. They are located in only one small Croatian place, in Prezid (10).
