In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Labin and Pula. In Gora Glušići in Labin every third inhabitant had the family name Glušić.
Prevalence
About 60 people with faimily name Glušić live in Croatia today, in 30 households. There were 90 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 30 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 9 cities and 10 other places, mostly in Zagreb (15), Labin (10), Rabac (<10), Petrinja (<10), and in Pula (<5).
