About 200 people with faimily name Gašparević live in Croatia today, in 90 households. There were 100 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number doubled. They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 23 cities and 27 other places, mostly in Stitar (35), Zagreb (30), Djakovo (15), Bukovec Zelinski (<10), and in Pula (<10).
