In Croatia, Ferizović families are predominantly Croats (from Zagreb ), rarely Bosniaks (from Cazins Region (Bosnia) ), and very rarely Roms (from Rijeka ). In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Zagreb and in Cazins Region, Bosnia (Bosanski Petrovac area). In Tođevac in Podrinje (Bosnia) every second inhabitant had the family name Ferizović.
Prevalence
About 50 people with faimily name Ferizović live in Croatia today, in 18 households. There were 30 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 70 percent. They are located in 7 Croatian counties, in 7 cities and four other places, mostly in Zagreb (20), Rijeka (15), Komolac (<10), Samobor (<5), and in Mali Losinj on the Island of Losinj (<5).
