Diminić families are Croats and they are mostly from Labin. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Labin and Pula. In Sveti Lovreč Labinski in Labin area every third inhabitant had the family name Diminić.
Prevalence
About 170 people with faimily name Diminić live in Croatia today, in 80 households. There were 290 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 40 percent. They are only located in in 12 Croatian cities and 16 other places, mostly in Pula (30), Labin (25), Kapelica (20), Rijeka (20), and in Zagreb (15).
