About 220 people with faimily name Cvitanić live in Croatia today, in 90 households. There were 160 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number increased by 30 percent. They are located in four Croatian counties, in 10 cities and 8 other places, mostly in Split (75), Postira on the Island of Brac (45), Zagreb (35), and in Bol (30) and Supetar (10) on the Island of Brac.
