In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Bosnian Krajina (Kotor Varos area) and in Bosanian Posavina (Bosanski Samac area). In Donji Korićani in Middle Bosnia every eighth inhabitant had the family name Bjelobrk.

They are located in almost all Croatian counties, in 30 cities and 43 other places, mostly in Zagreb (35), Slavonski Brod (20), Petrijevci in Valpovo area (15), Raducic in Knin area (10), and in Djakovo (10).
