About 30 people with faimily name Bigović live in Croatia today, in 16 households. There were 50 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number decreased by 30 percent. They are located in four Croatian counties, two cities and four other places, mostly in Bacin Dol in Nova Gradiska area (20), Zagreb (<10), Cernik in Nova Gradiska area (<10), Nova Gradiska (<5), and in Omisalj on the Island of Krk (<5).

Family name Bigović (including: Bigovic , Bigovich ) is present in 12 countries on four continents. "Bigovich " is used by small number of people in the United States.
