Badrov families are Croats and they are mostly from western Bosnia. In the past century, relatively most of Croatian residents bearing this family name were born in Western Bosnia (Livno area) and in Middle Bosnia (Vitez area). In Bakije in Podrinje (Bosnia) nearly every inhabitant had the family name Badrov.
Prevalence
About 320 people with faimily name Badrov live in Croatia today, in 110 households. There were 10 of them in the middle of the past century, and their number multiplied. They are located in the most of Croatian counties, in 28 cities and 32 other places, mostly in Zagreb (90), Bestovje in Samobor area (15), Kastel Kambelovac (15), Dugo Selo (15), and in Vinkovci (10).
