Župa Srednja is located in the municipality Zagvozd, in Split-Dalmatia County at an elevation of 600 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.41 km² (1.70 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only three inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Biokovsko Selo, Krstatice, Rašćane Gornje, Župa, Podbablje Gornje, Podosoje, Rašćane, Ivanbegovina, Slivno and Drum.
