Sušac is located in the municipality Lastovo, in Dubrovnik-Neretva County at an elevation of 2 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.92 km² (1.90 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there was only one inhabitant left. Nearby places: Potirna, Pasadur, Uble, Vela Luka, Zaklopatica, Blato, Skrivena Luka, Lastovo, Smokvica and Rukavac.
