Smoljanovci is located in the municipality Velika, in Požega-Slavonia County at an elevation of 334 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.18 km² (1.61 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only three inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Serbs. Nearby places: Ozdakovci, Klisa, Poljanska, Markovac, Nježić, Milivojevci, Lučinci, Bratuljevci, Kantrovci and Oljasi.
