Nova Mokošica is located in the City of Dubrovnik, in Dubrovnik-Neretva County at an elevation of 3 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.08 km² (0.80 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 5.921 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (90%), but also Bosniaks (4%) and Serbs (3%).
