Jugovac is located in the municipality Žakanje, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 250 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.74 km² (1.06 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 14 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Jasenovica, Breznik Žakanjski, Obrh, Novaki Lipnički, Ribnik, Martinski Vrh, Gornja Stranica, Donja Stranica, Drenovica Lipnička and Gorica Lipnička.
