Breznik Žakanjski is located in the municipality Žakanje, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 215 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.28 km² (0.88 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 13 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
