Grmov is located in the City of Cres, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County at an elevation of 261 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.63 km² (1.40 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only two inhabitants left. Nearby places: Martinšćica, Miholašćica, Vidovići, Stanić, Vrana, Stivan, Zbišina, Belej, Mali Podol and Orlec.
